* Bean seed ½ kg
* Rupchanda Shutki (Dry fish) 12 Pieces * Soal Fish (Magur Mach) 8 Pieces * Tomato 3 * Bringal 1 (big) * Onion Paste ½ cup * Green chili paste 3 table spoon * Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon * Oil 4 table spoon * Water 2 cup * Salt as required * Coriander leaf ½ cup |
1. Take a bowl and mix all ingredients properly except water, coriander leaf and tomato.
2. Cook the mixture with 2 cup of water in a pan for 15 minutes. 3. Add tomato slices and again cook it for another 5 minutes 4. After becoming sticky/thick add coriander leaf (chopped fine) and serve. |
